"I get to fulfill one of the biggest dreams I've ever had," remarked Academies of West Memphis senior Maggie McCollum before she signed to play sports at Lyon College.
But....Maggie's signature is not on just one piece of paper.
Maggie will be playing soccer as well as cheering at Lyon.
Her current cheer coach, Shelley Crosthwait, spoke highly of "one of her favorite cheerleaders" saying Maggie "put the LEADER in cheerleader".
AWM soccer coach Tabetha Troxler echoed those sentiments by praising Maggie as "hard working" and "a joy to coach".
Maggie will graduate in May from AWM. She plans to major in pre-pharmacy at Lyon College.
